For Once

I have wept under the rain forest
Since the dawning of yellow sorrow
My heavy nightfall of tomorrow

At the mercy of nature's hiss
A blooming flower in solace
My silent indigo of shadows

A reflection of silent abuse
My wretched heart shall be accussed
For trust is a burden to bear

May the heavens remain lengthy
May my slumber rise swiftly
For this day falls empty
of its acute promise
